        We offer concierge services such as at-home evaluations, injections, and even minor hand surgery interventions. Please call to ask about Concierge Services for more information. If you come to the office, we will see you expeditiously. We will perform X-rays and ultrasounds on-site and interpret them alongside you, the patient. Ultrasound guidance procedures such as trigger finger releases or carpal tunnel releases can be done in the home, office, or operating room using a minimally invasive approach. This will negate the need to obtain preoperative labs and medical work-ups. More importantly, it will allow the patient to return to normal activities in days instead of weeks. 

            When a formal operation is required, such as a lymphedema surgery or peripheral nerve surgery we have pulled out all the stops. We have affiliated ourselves with hospitals and surgery centers that offer transportation to and from the facilities so that you and your loved ones have one less thing to worry about.
